Hello everyone, as you can see my plants are not as healthy as they could or should be. This is my first time, so here I will give a quick background. 2 Feminized afghan kush seeds, germinated in paper towel then planted root down into a coco coir organic medium. 2 days until they sprouted, ever since they started to grow the second set of leaves it has been extremely slow. Now this week I notice the leaves are starting to curl and turn yellow! Watering: I had overwatered about 6 days ago, however only gave it a spray bottle recently. When I water I will poor the water until I see a 20 percent run off (I read that lots of places?) Lighting, 24-0 2 6000k CFL. Temp is about 78-80, Humidity ranges in 45-65, ph 6.3-6.8. I haven't given it any nutes yet, as I have heard you shouldn't until it has more leaves. Any comments, concerns, inquiries? I am quite worried guys, please help!!!

I'm on my first grow currently but 18 days in my plants were far taller and had already started its second set of true leaves within 3 days of sprouting. You're using an inert medium to grow in and it seems like you need some nutrients. I'm using ReadyGro which is inert, however, I mixed it with a small amount of worm casting before growing. Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in, but please wait for a more experienced grower to reply. I'm about 23 days into my grow now if you want to see some pics https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/743232-first-grow.html, I am having some yellowing/pest issues currently.

Good luck!

Why did you start a new thread for? This is not the way to get help. It does look better now so just give it some time.

Popcorn, I know I started a new thread a few days ago, however I am not sure on how to get back to it! I cannot find it by scrolling through the pages. I am a complete beginner, trust me that crossed my mind prior to making this one. So in your opinion they are getting healthier than the previous post ?

Yes it does look better it is not dead yet so just give it some time. to see your previous post's just click on your name at the very top right corner and it will put up your profile with all your post's.

I just compaired the pic's and yes the new one's show that the plant is indeed doing better, more green less yellow. Be patient.

Well they are still very small so no I would not give them nute's. Just water them and watch them for a couple more day's if you do not see any change then it's up to you if you want to continue there suffering.

If it were my plants they would have been killed a week ago, and I would have just chalked it up to bad seeds.

If your going to order more seeds can I ask were in the world you are? If in canada I can give you a great link to get very good seeds at a fair(very fair)price.
