hey mo, did you have to graft that hass avocado to grow it? I remember something like that on one of those nature programs...

Got it from a nursery so it was already grafted. The Fuerte in the front yard is straight from a seed.

There is a new Hass from Mexico that can grow over 100 fruit per branch twice a year! I may just replace this Hass with one of those!

I am getting rid of all of my clones - males and females so if anybody wants them, let me know. They are outside so you better hurry or they will start flowering.

Dang if you got any extra clones at thanksgiving or Christmas let me know.
I'll be in town then. And mid month for birthdays.

Also what avacodo strain and who sells it that you are talking about. I just planted my avo sprouts. But I don't really want to wait 2-20 years for avo's. The seed came from the dankest avocado I ever had. From the la quinta farmers market. Larger than a softball and inside stayed green and fresh the whole time I had them. For 5 days after I cut it open. It was way soft before cutting into it and I assumed it went bad. It didn't. I kept it in Tupperware in the fridge after cutting in half.

Orange Farmer's Market has a nursery section. He was getting some of those new avos. Might be able to find them online also.

which orange farmers market? There's several of them. Old towne, meats and tustin, home deps lot , Chapman, Santiago, Lincoln, orange hills/ lemon heights, etc...... None of them are related...

Ugghhhhh, just lost almost all my clones due to some random disease. Jedi Kush, Qush, and Tranquil Elephantizer should survive. Qrazy Train too, but that's not what I wanted to keep as much. I'm definitely going to do a pheno hunt on Phantom Cookies again though, it might be the best I've ever grown.

How is everything over where you are? I tell you man, I'm so jealous of your weather right now. I'm getting tired of scraping ice off my windshield, and it's only the 3rd of November.

Sorry to hear that Joz - I gifted away half of my clones and am keeping only the ones I want to breed. Now I am thinking seriously about retiring from Ganga farming. So I might have some more clones available.

Thanks ECM - I hope FlowaMasta is OK - I am worried that he was in the middle of those fires.

I agree Mo. You are doing so well and now you have the greenhouse all set up. I know what you mean about the pillars. I hate those bastards. Its when they are so small you cant see them. I try to spray with spinosad often, but I find some when I am trimming. Getting cold outside at night now. Bbbuuurrr! GT
