Building big grow room. Help needed.

Hi everyone! I need to know how to build a grow room, so i can harvest around 10kg. I have a massive garage around 6m*15m. Hight is around 3.5m.I also have 20*600watt HPS lamps. No hydro! I am planning to grow in coco or soil. I have couple question and very hope someone can help out. So thats what i know so far.

1. I am gonna plant 5 seeds of white widow and 5 seeds of Amnesia.
2. From those seeds i choose best females.
So here is my questions.

1. How
many clones i must make for one 600watt HPS light - so it makes 1 gram per watt?
2. How long would be veg time for those plants?
3. And what space i need for one 600watt HPS light and plants under it?
Especially while flowering.

What size pots? This will matter when determining how many.

what a waste or electric 1 per 600 lol you need to veg for 4 months veg height 3.5 feet and top the plant into 6 to 8 nodes . so its a bush so 8 ounces per plant easy. hope your using 1000 mh for veg other wise add another month to veg. greed slows you down. I have to figure this electric bill out .lolhttp://www.rapidtables.com/calc/electric/electricity-calculator.htm 700 dollars for 20 lights 12 hours a day. and 250 dollars for that ac unit. 50 for fans. so 1000 a month around for 2.5 months hope nothing goes wrong lol good luck ow I for got to add the dehumidifier that never shuts off. 120 extra a month . you must have a better job then I did when I started could not afford the electric bill . I started small like every body else. you know best. greed kills

Start with 1/2 filled party cup for two weeks. Then to the 1 gallon pot and the next and final pot will be 3 gallon.

Sounds like one too many steps. U dont need to transplant in to a 1 gallon pot if your only using 600 watts. And to answer your question 9-11. I can't state the 1 gram a watt, I don't know enough about your experience or your set up. Good luck though. Fun times ahead of u.

I grow a 7 week strain... if you shoot for a 7 week veg, your plants [mine do] will be between 12" and 15 " if you fim and tie down...
If you are just going to plant and let um go, then 6 week veg, and 15" tall, with between 9-13 nodes...
Plant in one gallon or 4 litre pots...5 plants per light 3-4 zips per....all goes well, then you'll get 600 g per light...
of course, this [by me] is a made up BS guess....

Here is my grow room details:
Im gonna grow in canna coco using canna nutrients.
There is going to be good air outtake fan at the top and passive air intake at the bottom on opposite side. Veg stage 18/6 hours and flowering 12/12. Gonna try to put around 4-6 plants under one 600watt light. Veg for 5-6 weeks and flower as long as i need. I know all the ph levels,humidity and average temperature that i need. There is going to be several fans at the top keeping air going around. Maybe i just build 3 rooms. First room for Veg stage with 6 lights and 36 plants in 2-3 gallon pots. Second and third rooms will be for flowering with 8 lights in each. This way i can harvest every month if i veg for 4 weeks and flower for 8 weeks????

If you are only using 1 600 watt HPS I would only be growing in a 4x4 area. Otherwise I would upgrade the light and go 5x5 or a little larger for a 1000w hps.

Seems like your going to be doing a pretty large grow.

How many total lights you need and how much room do you have to grow in. Sounds like you have some space.

you obviously haven't grown before, and you want to be harvesting 10 bricks and get 1gpw? lower your expectations and grow half a dozen plants to get yourself into how things work. and unless you are in a country where growing is either ignored or legalized, a garage is probably the worst place you can choose to grow, especially in that volume. factors to consider, heat generated making your garage glow white on any FLIR, can your wiring handle 12KW+ of draw, is your garage door strong enough to stop someone from busting it open and stealing your crop and equipment...

we all have had the temptation to do commercial sized grows, but be don't (most of us) and there is a good reason for it. you WILL get busted or robbed growing in a garage.

if you really want to go at it, you might want to grow vertically to generate the volumes you want and gain the efficiency of 1gpw. traditional growing methods just wont cut it. good luck to you man. you are going to need it.

Edit: just for your information, coco is hydro. so..yeah

I'm guessing you're gonna need to upgrade power supply line, add new load center main breaker, run several 15 or 20 amp lines for just the lighting alone. Toss in some fans, heat, dehumidifier, coffee pot etc and you are talking quite a bit more amperage and circuits.

Hope you are (or know) a good electrician or you will end up burning the place down.

I use coco as well, Canna. I stick 9 five gallon pots under each 1000 watt and I expect to harvest at least 1.75 pounds of quality buds and maybe a 1/4 pound of smaller buds give or take a 1/4 pound or so depending on the strain. I veg them 1 week in 1/2 gallon pots under t5's about 6" above the canopy my CO2 is set at 1200 PPM for most strains. I then transplant into 5 gallon pots and veg them about another 10 days under 1000 watt HPS hortilux also at 1200 PPM for the CO2. I start with the HPS about 3 feet above the canopy and lower it a couple of inches each day until I'm about 20" above the canopy watching to see if the plants are stressing.

Relays will allow you to only need to add a couple of circuits and run a single line from each breaker to relay. Most newer homes have 200 amp mains here in America.

I see what the query is about. For big plants requires more veg, bigger buckets, and good clean ventilation. So this guy that post this is asking for info he clearly knows. End this guys foolishness. IF you want to get rich off this in one run its not this that you should be in.

OP, you don't appear to have growing experience. A large grow like you're planning can be a lot to handle even for an experienced gardener. My grow is about 1/2 the size you're planning and it's a full time job, literally. I've been growing for a while and it's work.

Anything that goes wrong (if this is your first grow, things will go wrong) in a large grow can get out of hand quickly.

IMHO you should just run a few lights and get some experience before committing to a large grow.

If you haven't dealt w/ pests like mites, PM, developed a feeding schedule you know runs well and worked out the bugs things won't go nearly as well as you're hoping.

Plants per light is moot. Its square feet that are lit and plant size dictates plant number.

Hang 600's spaced three feet apart. Keep plants from being over crowded but maximize canopy so when plants are full size no light hits floor. Right now I have 24 in a 10 x 10 foot area under 4kw in 5 gal buckets but these were only vegged about a month. Last run was bigger trees and only had 30 in a 12 x 21 area (tried 40 but had to move 10 to another room as it was overcrowded.
