Any other CANNA nutrient users?

Hey everyone, i am using Canna substra nutrients and additives for my first indoor grow, and was wondering if anyone else uses these nutrients. I was going to follow the chart on the Canna website for hard water. Is there anything that you do differently, or have you noticed that you need to add anything else besides the canna nutrients?

Thanks

I use canna nutrients for my grows, I used to use boost accelerator but found out it's pretty much just watered down black strap so use organic black strap instead. I grow in soil but am gonna be trying hydro next so have got the canna nutes for that. I always add the nutes at half strength first, I don't always follow feed charts end up having my own way of doing it, if you are using soil I'd recommend canna soil. Hope you enjoy using canna nutes!

I recently started using Canna Nutrients and I'm very happy. I haven't bought the entire lineup yet. I'm only using the Terra Flores and the Terra Vega. I still have a bunch of Fox Farms nutes left over and have been supplementing the Canna Nutrients with Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and ChaChing along with FF Microbrew. So far so good. I'm pretty much sold on the Canna Nutrients because of the ease of use and I really like their feeding calculator on the website.

I am using promix with a little perlite, and dolomite lime to even out the ph and keep it steady. I was told by a friend who has a lot of experience that i should used canna substra for the promix. I am off to the grow shop to get ph down and up and a few other things. Thanks a lot for the information! Im sure it will take some practice, i just dont want to screw anything upbongsmilie

i use alot of canna products i give them a few blasts of cannazym in the veg stage to gain some healthy roots, i use terra flores with the flower but start of with a really low dose working my way up giving 2 feeds a week eventually for the last 2 feeds my canna ration is 10ml over what the bottle says i also use there there PK 13/14 and BOOST for 3 feeds sometime after week 5,i also add superthrive in with all my feeds :)

p.s im also trying not to follow a schedule as nutes are fucking expensive i just look at my babys and see if they look like they need it,dont follow a chart of schedule or it will eat your pockets and not make much difference on your yield tbh

Do you start off with a low dose of the vega also? I wonder why the bottle tells you to put more than you should in the water. Perhaps cannabis is a bit different than most plants(tomatoes, peppers, corn etc.) It will take me a little bit of time to understand my plants and what they are telling me. I read that superthrive is designed to make flowers last long which will increase my flowering time.

Also, on the chart http://www.cannagardening.com/growguide there are two sections for ppm. One section say ppm (truncheon) and the other says ppm (Truncheon total).
Is the first one what my ppm should be for the nutrients and the second what it should be with water and nutrients mixed. A little clarification on that would be very helpful.

Thanks a lot!

depending on my strains i may give some dose of vega,i have a strain that yellows out pretty fast into flower which needs a few doses of veg nutes in this stage, but knowing this is trial and error, but a few little doses wont hurt just to be sure there getting what they need,i stopped using veg nutes totally now as i just stick some batshit in my soil which keeps them going very well

with canna u need only base nutrients, everything else is not necessary. dont use their pk13/14 witht their base nute ,it's way too much PK and you will harm your plant
