8 simple rules for selling cannabis

This would have been a good topic without all the pp measuring as usual.

Im going with
1 dont do anything illegal
2 pay your taxes or have them set aside , thats how they will shut people down, follow the rules , if your in a legal state just ,,,follow the rules.

a dispensary owner in my town was busted (his prices were too high) and he got probation. he was selling pounds daily.

a fellow i trimmed with got busted with 400 plants when they hit him up on a warrant. he got probation too.

someone with no priors has a better chance of getting hit by lightning than going to prison for growing around here.

where you live in TN? i wouldn't be so sure.

I hate that we can't grow and sell cannabis here without fear of life in prison...

If you can grow and sell safely, then I applaud you...honestly...pity me that I can't even have a small personal grow without fear of years in prison should I get caught...

99.9999% of what i do is growing.

the distribution end is my least favorite part, the most worrisome part, and just an overall hassle.

thankfully, it is a miniscule part of what i do.
 
They are using blood tests. Just they people test for blood sugar.
The THC leaves in a hour or a little more.
 
I know of five old school dealers that were in business 25+ years. Bowed out and living comfy lives through businesses originally aquired whit drug money.

Thinking that law enforcement can possibly get everyone is ignorant and naive.
