The Freedom To Be Fat..Does Government Have The Right To "Outlaw" Unhealthy Foods?

No doubt about it. All product with fructose is more addictive than cocaine. Cocaine is some raw, rough, nose bleed shit compared to designed Fructose. And the food habit can cost more than an 8-ball a day.

You mean like the right to not be able to keep their patients?

Everything that Democraps are not regulating now, they want to eventually.
For example, when socialized medicine began in Canada, doctors were not told what they could practice and not practice at first. But a short time later that is exactly what happened, then most all of their good doctors came to America. For Freedom.

Doctors can keep any patient they want

Come on man
List a example of how Obamacare regulates doctors

Oh you cant. Because you make shit up as you go along

Ok. So you are of average weight or skinny? I asked you a simple question. A simple response would have sufficed. I didn't personally attack you. I simply asked if you were very overweight. I would consider your response, "makes you sound foolish.", a personal attack as well.
Come on.

To ask is to scorn, It is personal and the world does not owe you an answer just because you asked, That is tyranny. Foolish tyranny.

Free market
Why shouldnt airlines charge by the pound?
Fat people eat up more fuel and no one wants to sit next to you on the plane
spillover is a problem..if i'm not in 1st, then i must have window or aisle just in case..i'm in LA today, and have bulkhead 4a return flight which is almost 1st..definitely lot's of leg room..but i'm not happy about overweight fee of 90$ for my bag of 63 pounds..others charge 50$..but if i would have split the same bag there would have been no charge..yet all the carry-ons add weight and my weight is neatly packed in one bag..i never need to hunt for my shit (holding up boarding/un-boarding)..go figure.

What freedom of choice has been taken from you?
The freedom Not to choose to spend my money on healthcare insurance.
The freedom to invest 100% of my retirement money where I see fit.
The IRS has the ability to seize all your assets on the drop of a dime,
without due process of the law.

Too many others to list in one post.

Nope nothing in the law says a doctor cant treat any patient they want.
Sorry. You can post all the strawmen you want.

I am waiting for you to back up what you said.

What in the law prevents a doctor from treating their patients or keeping the patients they want.

Or get the fuck out of here

So everything in those links sounds good to you? People losing their doctors, and doctors losing their patients because of Obamacare regulations? That's not a strawman, it's answering your damn question retard.

How many people are going to die because they have a lapse in coverage, switch to a doctor that is unfamiliar with their condition, or because health care is no longer affordable?

Those were never freedoms. WE are in a structured society of self rule. We are not lawless. You are just talking about choices not freedom. At one point, none of those choices existed, then they did, and now they are modified.

Freedom is when I don't sit your ass in a hot sauna all day in gimp suit, for punishment.

Freedom means not being a chattel slave or arbitrarily detained. The rest is on you... to take your freedom and make your choices.

You see, to me the PUBS also want handouts, just not the same ones as DEMS.

NO THEY ARENT
You can enter into any agreement that is lawful
And Obamacare doesnt regulate your doctor. Just the insurance industry. You dont like consumer protections?
the government stepping in is a necessary evil..take for example the "non-stated sub-prime loans" that nearly destroyed our economy..

Just reading about new orders for the 787. Could go with a little more room in coach, but no. Most are ordering 16 inch seats and 9 across seating instead of 7 across.

And it is not safe in the age of terror to be fat. Too easy to soak bullets and too easy to bowl over, a 1000 people down a stair well.

the fact that you are able to use food stamps on fast foods is troubling. The encouragement to eat the cheapest and most unhealthy way should not come from government. The healthy food item is too rare to replace the garbage that is consumed by Americans. The measure of what is unhealthy is unclear still, but regardless portion control and moderation cannot be enforced.
Meow meow meow. Or do you want me to go off on how you meat eaters are murderous bastards? Your other choice is to STFU!

There is a huge public health concern due primarily to soda consumption. I don't fight for fat.
listen up everyone:

most people don't have a clue what a "single serving size" is..limiting sale of "one serving" educates the consumer in taking control and being accountable..it connects the dots.

That's an opinion. Some people choose not to put restrictions on the word freedom. It has many synonyms.
Personally, I believe the word should be used as liberal as possible, if people should choose that right, freedom, liberty, etc.
