Do big time drug dealers cure their harvest?

I love watching "Drugs Inc." & "Border Wars" on Nat Geo...I was always wondering if they cure their crops? If so, how would they considering the large amount?

Or do a lot of them care about quantity over quality that's why?

Sorry I'm just wondering this while high...Google is usually great while high but i cant find anything on this...

I'm not a drug dealer, but I'd say they don't do anything besides move it. I've heard of street dealers who wet it to gain some weight, but we're talking about like brick weed.

no cure. guaranteed . mums how I know. its dried with fans. on dry nets in higher heat conditions. hard to cool large grows. so temps are in the 80 85 f min temp and humidity would be about 35 to 40 and the fans would blow onto the product lightly to speed dry it. with in 3 or 4 days. then bag it up or box or plastic wrap. time is money. impossible to cure a commercial grow. they deal with 50 to 200 ounces at once, per house the grow out of . that's a lot of jars ! lol . as always my posts relate to ghost chilly peppers. and or total full of shit

the quality is there. but when smoked it will choke you to the floor . no cure. harsh smoke

i'm just small time, but my outdoor grows are out the door before i can even put a full cure on them. the customers like it a bit gooey, even if it shorts them on weight. they hate that crumbly dry stuff.

I've personally found much of my local bud to come from Cali or Canada and is cured quite nicely..most keep a lot of moisture and its kinda got that gooey texture real flavorful and smooth.....then you got local growers with better quality weed, better high..but its never cured maybe a couple weeks or something....brick weed also gets a mild cure and some heavy

Sooo I think unless your in a Med state or close to where a lot of bud is grown its gonna be cured

Im with them, I would rather lose a bit to get away from super dry bud.
It's better in bowls and joints if it doesn't burn up too fast.

This is the main reason I asked because when I talked to couple friends I get my weed from I asked them if they know if it's cured or not...they seriously dont even know the term.

One of my friends gets hers from some guy in Oregon. Last batch was White Widow...looked nice, tasted almost like dirt.

Other friend hooked me up, he didnt know the strain...tasted A LOT like dirt. Was a awesome high tho.

I don't know any local growers here in Hawaii to actually taste their local stuff. My first grow Dinafem Critical + I harvested a bit too early...smelled like hay at first then went away during cure. The smoke is hella smooth compared to friend's weed...

it gets cured in the process of transporting from grower to buyer. in large amounts the cure can be longer depending on the time it takes it get from one to another.. could takes days or sometimes months..

IF the buds are Vac-Sealed before they are too dry then it will get a cure before reaching the actual smoker.
Otherwise it's just dried without a cure.

most "big time" dealers have the benefit of their bud taking several weeks to be dispersed which allows for curing.

I wouldn't think a commercial grower/"drug dealer" would have to sit on a crop...I would think they grow perpetually and don't start releasing product till first round is cured...

Far more profitable, sells quicker and at a higher price seen as better quality..

Vac-sealed bags are the only way any commercial bud gets cured. Even then it only gets a cure until the next guy breaks the seal.

Buds from medical states will already be cured by the grower/supplier.
Buds from other countries/drug dealers will have no cure and over-dry.

Curing will not enhance a flowers smell but improper curing can degrade your flowers smell. If your product has little or no smell or is fluffy it's because it was stressed out while it was growing or a weak strain.

Curing definitely changes the smell and can increase the strength as the new terpenoids cyclicize...
Brick weed is definitely cured..that's the reasoning behind bricking, it was not invented by cartels if for whatever reason you thought that...that same line of thinking would tell me you probly also think hash was first produced to aid smuggling or otherwise transport...the only time it won't be cured is if its local homegrown or outdoor.. realistically

That's also why indicas took over..dense weed with a lot of frost and smells good....wait where'd the high go?
Sativas are quite often low odor..they lack many of the congestive waxes and flavorful compounds that add to the frost..they don't lack cannabinoids however..they are also fluffy

Bricking weed is for shipping larger amounts with less space, I agree that it CAN cure in a brick.
Brick weed would only cure if they didn't over-dry it before sealing it up.
It's always over-dried though...
