I think the implication you are making is that meat creates toxic substances and gets clogged in your colon. Do you have anything to back that up?
 
jtprin loves to make wild claims with no supporting evidence though. He very rarely has any supporting evidence of any substance. I have heard him make this claim in every thread with the vegetarian/omnivore debate and I have yet to see him support it.

hmm well i had plenty of articles and research papers but to be honest even if i did go through and dig them out ,

not like youd change your mind right? so why waste my time and effort i have better things to do right now like go get ready for work and drink my coffee and play with my puppy , i looked for 5 mins on your colon question cant find it, dont feel like trying anymore because in the end you wont change lol
