Yeah, I could tell it was something special. We buy a lot of blown glass vases, sculptures, and stuff. I gave my pipe away last year, nothing special, peep needed one.

I use a vape most the time. Gave my portable vape (PAX) away too, been a couple weeks now. Guess I can roll one if I need to be outside, otherwise it's my Vapor Brothers with a ceramic filter and tip.

Yeah I've had it for years, a lot of sentimental value with that one.

I know use my bongs, I buy a lot of scientific glass as well. Mobius, Stone Glass Works, Hitman, ect. Stereo matrix percs, waffle percs, bombilla percs. It gets nuts, but I love my glass. I'm just getting back into the artist/heady stuff again.

I'm thinking about getting a PAX, what did you think of it? I use to have a box vape like yours, then I upgraded to the Extreme Q and never looked back. It has a nice lcd screen and blue leds on the bottom. It has a bag and a whip, plus a remote. It's great.

PAX is awesome. Friend needed it more than I did so I let it go. I will pick up another PAX portable at my first opportunity.

Yeah, I told myself that I would upgrade my VB when it breaks, but the damn thing is built like a tank and just works. Had it for a couple years now and I like that it's simple in design and function, save my hi-tech for when I'm sober.

F*&k, using the computer is hard enough, especially when the RIU servers are misbehaving. Ever get the Captcha screen, pisses me off because I lose my post and I'm too high to remember what I wrote

If I have the chance I want to get a Volcano, but for now my extreme q works great. I love having the option to use a bag or a whip. I use the bag quite a bit.

Yeah, that's the only thing I could see over my VB, the bag option. I would go with a Volcano on my next purchase, step up and pay the $$$.

Hello everyone. Hope everyones doing good. Thought I would share a few pictures of the harvesting of the Afghan & Berry Bomb. Harvest came alittle earlier then I had planned. It seemed as if though the trichs on both had went from half cloudy/amber to full blown cloudy/amber. So I had to go ahead & take before they went to ripe. They both are smelling SUPER good! Tatse is super good aswell. The Berry Bomb has that "skunky fruity" taste on inhale & exhale. The Afghan has a Afghany/kush taste & smell. Both highs are extreme. With the Berry Bomb its more of a heady high, almost a couchlock, however your still able to fuction. The Afghan is more of a bedtime smoke.

Those look really nice!!! I noticed several twist-ties on pic 4... They don't look like they are tying anything up. I am just curious about why they are still there? : )

Hello all, I just got back and everything still looks good from no maintenance for 2 days. I was expecting to see her closer to harvest than she is. Saturday will be 7 full weeks of flower. I am not getting impatient (much) I don't mind letting her grow longer. She fattened up a lot in the last two days.

I put put a couple of extra pics in here this time.. I know she is not as pretty as what you all have going, but it am happy with my first grow. I know what did wrong this time. Of course that doesn't mean ol' Mother Nature might throw me some new curve balls on the next grow... That woman can be a bitch! (Sorry, I am rambling) Anyway, back to the extra pics, I put them there for you to see just how much this plant loved those side lights. Those are t5 HO 6500w. I have virtually no shadows inside that cabinet. My next gig will have lights on 5 sides : )

She is starting to really sag under her own weight... I should have had a movable light at the top instead of permanently mounting it. It made her stretch to much. Is the weight an issue? Should that be a factor in deciding on harvest time? Her trichs look really close to 50/50 clear/cloudy... I am seeing more amber now, but not much. Looking at the pistils, there are still quite a few that are thick and white(ish).

i wonder every day what she would have looked like if I had not screwed up the nutes. But, I did accomplish my primary goal. I learned a shitload on how to do this!

Ooh yea and them T5s are probably 6500K (K= Kelvin = color of the light spectrum) and not Watt, my T5HOs are on 49W can also get em in 58W and 24W with the short model (2 ft)

Repotted my two Skunk 1# from 6,5L pots to 18L to day, started them out in Cup`s 5-6 week`s ago from seed and repotted them in to them 6,5L pots like 3-4 weeks ago





Both been topped once a few weeks back, and I use the opportunity to prune em a bit now, and take a few clones, will be M-line and topped agin now they are in there final pots




And just in time it seem`s nice healthy roots tho, used a empty 6,5L pot to pack the soil around and watered to make a pree made hole so I could make the swap fast with out any hassle




I´ll give em a few days before I begin to mess with em and M-line em and another week or so before I top em agin, and then I guess another week before I move em from the T5HOs to the LEDs for 12/12

the soil mix is my own

around
60% organic seedling soil
20% perlite
20% coco

Two ts. of Maerl (Oceanic Lime) per 5 gallon of mix (seedling soil come`s at around 6 in PH to start with and so do the coco) and 4 ts. of Bat guano per 5 gallon of mix, that all I do beside adding a bit of Epsom salt to my water tho I also used a few drops of Super Thrive at repotting now I have the expensive bottle, in flowering I will top dress with a ts of maerl and a few ts of bat guano at around week 3 and 5 and finish of with a bit of molasses

Have to be patient now. It's make or break time. You might review this thread on drying and curing.

Make sure you have everything ready to go. Drying and curing is the most important part of the entire process, least I think so.
