Something exists, until Entropy passes through, and then Something no longer exists, and even the Someplace where Something once stood is now Nothing.
Entropy was the consumer and destroyer of all creation leaving NOT A DAMNED THING in it's place, which is why the gods were constantly creating things to keep Entropy at bay.
entropy is not erosion, turning mountains into sand, it is CONSUMPTION.

taoism is about cycles and circles, it is Chinese in origin.
entropy is GREEK. it is not related to any cycles or circles. it is the end of everything when creation stops building more than entropy destroys.
thermodynamics applied the word, but did not create the concept.
Entropy is the tendency for things to fall apart, not the tendency for things to transform from one state to another.
Entropy is The Void, from which the Demiurge created all things, including the titans and gods. the very imperfection and chaos of The Void is why things tend to revert to nothingness unless some other force (a creative or transformative one) acts on it.
Entropy is the Formless Nothing which will reclaim the universe when creative and transformative forces fail. it is NOTHINGNESS (and simultaneously endless potential, but without form or definition)
