You could be correct.
The evidence I have seen against the latest Zimmerman problem seems pretty thin, though. It basically boils down to "he said, she said" from two people in the throes of a romantic breakup.
The reason I asked was, I was one of few people in my circle that thought he was guilty but said he should have his day in court.
The rest of my friends were split, some claiming he was definitely innocent or vice versa.

nothing romantic about being choked ,having your shit broken, kicked out of you own house, having a gun pointed in you face. People break up everyday with no problems. Not the Zimmerman. This guy is a loser and it is showing big time. He is his own worst enemy. Trust that in time Zimmerman will get what he deserve...it is inevitable

This is sounding like a repeat from you guys of the murder charge against Zimmerman. You and Buck spent thousands of posts (mostly Buck) insisting that Zimmerman was guilty while quite a few people, myself included, were saying, "not so fast". As the evidence piled up that showed Zim was simply acting in self defense, you guys doubled down with the stupid. It seems like you are doing the same thing again.
Zim might be guilty of something, but so far the cops have not presented much. Who knows what happened between Z and his latest groupie? Nobody but them, that's who. There is no evidence that anybody was choked. It's Zim's house too, that's is what happens when a room mate moves in, the residence becomes their residence.

I follow the pattern.. Shellie breaks up with Zimmerman gun threats and a punched nose is the result.. Samantha breaks up with Zimmerman again gun threats and physical violence is the result. Trust in due time Zimmerman will meet his fate. He is his own worst enemy. Most people who beat a murder case learn to sit down,lay low and stay the hell out of trouble. Not the Zimm... so many people have empowered this man with the thought that he can play the system.

I can say just as easily that....... she was pissed cause he dumped her with a bun in the oven, which could fuck anyone up enough to tell a lie over the phone to a 911 operator. He could have been clearing the shotgun before putting it away, not jacking one in, and maybe he never even pointed the gun at her, she just got dumped, remember? And with all the death threats on the internet and who knows how many actually reach his door step, guilty or not if I was that guy, I'd be scared shitless everyday. Maybe he thought the cops were gonna do him in so he barricaded himself in there to give him a chance to make that phone call so he could tell his side of the story which he thought might protect him a little.
Or maybe he's everything you say and guilty as fuck.
Neither of us know. Why pretend to know something, only hoping to be right when the facts come out?

That was a crock, only in this day and age is it not murder to shoot a kid walking home with skittles and soda. Sure Martin might of been whooping his ass but think of it like this, your 17 walking home from the store you just bought some candy and soda, it starts raining and its getting dark, next thing you know you got some creepy dude following you around, it was fight or flight so martin chose to fight not his fault Zimmerman is a pussy who let a 17 year old whoop his ass. If you are man enough to get out your car and approach someone for walking down the street you should be man enough to tote the ass whooping that comes with it.
