Down here there are local farms where you can purchase eggs. A friend has free range, all organic fed chickens that she sells the eggs for a good price. Very earth momma, very much a steward of nature. Do you guys have those small mom and pop type places up there? just asking, don't take it as hostile.

yes we have a diary farm thats supplies all milk to the city we went there on a school field trip they treat their cows wonderfully.
i still think not your mom not your milk

I like whole milk from 'abused' cows, and thought breastmilk was too sweet, um formula milk tasted like oatmeal with strange things added

Alcohol encourages letdown reflex. Was recommended to mothers in the what to expect book if they couldn't relax enough for the milk to flow.

I'm aware that formula is bad tasting but thank god it exists. My friend is a first time (let's wrap the baby in cotton wool approach) mum and she was so obsessed with caring for the baby that she didn't eat and drink herself properly and dried up! I keep telling her she is more important than the baby. Why else on a plane do you put the mask on yourself before the kids? If you're not fit, you can't help!
