hi all, I feel silly for asking this but i'm struggling to rig up all my lights. ive got a 2' T5 fixture with 2 bulbs. a 2' T5 fixture with 1 bulb. also 2 CFLs. Im pretty maxed out above the plants, I cant mount from the ceiling. if i slid a T5 in below, facing up, does that do anything? I'm trying to just use stuff I find around the house. what do you think?

just had a thread about this and consensus was no direct light from below but anything that maximized reflected light was ok.

yes. I used to use cfls for side/under lighting. Go to Home Depot and get you a cheap light bulb reflector and a wye then you can plug in 2 bulbs to the one socket after you ditch the useless reflector and it has a clamp too. If you get the bulbs within 6-8" they will def help
