chop all that middle stem down to where the nodes are closer, give it more LIGHT for 7-8days, remove than tinfoil immediately and flower it after 7-8 days. if you have no proper lighting you could just ditch it

Your plant is stretching but does not look that bad for the effort invested. You have done some things right to get it this far, let's hope it's a female
Dr. Jekyll
There is so much to criticize about your amateur grow, just not sure where to start. The tin foil shines like a brilliant beacon of stupidity, the pots used are rather comical with a pot inside a that huge bin, did you use a front end loader to fill it up? Not to mention the soil has zero perlite, black gummy soil, how delightful. If it's a female, you may be lucky enough to harvest 2 or 3 grams.

ahh ok thank you for your helpThe first thing I would do would be to find a decent sized pot perhaps 10" or more across and repot. I may also remove some of the very bottom growth and plant it with about 2" of stem above the soil. I would then top the plant taking the very top and the 2 nodes underneath and making the cut about 1/2" above the remaining node. I don't know what wattage your HID is but place your hand palm down under the light and adjust it so the back of your hand is warm but comfortable and keep the lights at that level adjusting as necessary. Hope this helps, Larry
im sorry but I didnt quite understand your commentView attachment 2921588
This is a pic of one of my newer seed plants at about 3 1/2 weeks under 1000W HID. You are looking for compact growth and that is the reasoning behind the seemingly radical topping.
