I have the same one bro but 600 watter. Ballast sits on cool concrete floor and never gets too hot. I can hold my hand on there as long as I want too and it's just warm. Bought mine at the end of August no problems since

as long as im drinking clear liquor i will drink it all. i cannot do dark liquor at all!!!!!!! but i dont drink alot anymore so im proud of myself for that. i was going down a deep hole from drinking and i had to stop it.
