Here's a better pic of the plant with the odd colored leaves. I've concluded that it is NOT a deficiency or from heat or light stress but a genetic defect. I BELIEVE it is called a variagated plant...meaning it lacks chlorophyll (where it lacks color)...it's kinda cool looking and only affects the one top.
