Same strain im looking to grow, seeds came today. these look lovely! And advice on lighting? Got a 1000w sat there but worried its too much for my space

Been hovering these forums for years and being so rural thought I'd give it a go myself, purchased an Enkeeo full spectrum 1000w light, tent etc and some 11.5l air pots. Any tips or advice on the best growing medium, nutes I should be using, light cycle etc? Seen a few people say 24/0 others...
