You do not have enough privileges to make a message , it is not post count it is a number of factors for this site.
No, if you want to message someone, you must first click on their name to get to their profile then until their profile photos you will see "send a message" or something like that. You may have to sign out and back in again to sorta reset things. You're over the 25 post mark, so I can't really figure out why you can't message. How are you liking the site so far?
