alright. went to the store and got some soil and cups to plant in. so far about 8 of my seeds have popped and the tail is starting to come out. now i just need to know how long they need to be before i can plant them...then comes the hard part. how many lights do i need for about 4 plants, what wattage, and when do they need to be under the light? my plan is to plant them in the cups and cover the cups with some cling wrap until i see the sprouts. oh yeah, should i leave the cling wrap loose or put it tight? would like to know if this is a good idea or not. all input is welcome. i hate not knowing what to do

i have some seeds that i have had for a while. i started germinating them yesterday...just to see if it would work...now they are starting to crack and i don't have everything i need. i am going to the store tonight. i think i am going to start with 2 pots for my first grow. not sure what im doing yet and don't want to waste much ya know. any advice is welcome
