You think that's stupid, my state allows 12 plants... But here's the kicker: you're only allowed to possess one ounce. So the legislators expect you to yield 2 grams off of each plant otherwise you'll technically end up breaking the law.

I've noticed that, from what I have read is because the buds develop more terpenes at during the darkness period. They develop them during the day as well but they get evaporated by light.

I use Eazy Plugs, but have seen good results with rapid rooters too.

You need it in some sort of medium, like a rockwool cube or seed starter. Plus you kinda need the cloning gel, in my experience I've never been able to successfully clone without it.

Wow, you are starting out with everything. Go big or go home! You should have a really successful first time grow. And personally I would just start out in the 7 gallon, but it would be hard to determine by the weight for your first grow. Skip out on the 5 gallon and just go from solo cup to 7...
