I used a 2' T5HO from HTG Supply for veg. then switched to 3000K and flowered till they grew tall enough for side lighting (only vegged for 2 wks, fat but short) added 4-42W cfl (2700K) on Y adapters, 2 behind, 2 in front

I used a 400w MH conversion bulb, Started off the first week about 2' from the plants then lowered bit by bit till it got about 12-13'' from the tops. Having a fan in between the light and the tops of the plants helps a lot.

Thanks man. I simply put a bunch of seed in a few wet paper towel and let them sit for 24-48 hours and bam the seed sprouted. Then I simply put them into the rockwool and the soil, because I have a hydro grow and few plants in soil, and put under the 400w mh bulb I have. But I kept them far away so as not to damage them. and that was it. As they got bigger I lowered the lights until they were about a foot and a half away. Remember, we're all here to help each other.
