guys i live in the north part of the states cold weather, whats the best way i can grow should i buy a tent, because im want all the warmth and moister to stay in one spot, so for a small grower like myself, whats the best advice should i do 4 plants instead or wat???

i brought down the ph in the water from 7.5 to 5.6 in the water, how do i bring down the ph in the soil, or does the ph in the water brings down the ph in the soil..
