Try using some 23 watt CFL 6500k bulbs they're cheap like $12 for 4 at home depot or go to www.1000bulbs.com they have great deals on all types of bulbs. You plants needs at least 18 hours but 24 will be the best and give it some time like 14-21 days and you'll stop the flowering process.
