Ok with my line of work i can get recessed can lights with adjustable color temps like those that are in your ceiling ..i mean tons of them ..can i use those to grow with ?? I can build a frame and just surface mount to it ..anybody ever try it ?? Most cases they are mounted 8 foot or more...

I am new grower as well but after much research i decided on jacks 321 ..several reasons mainly its idiot proof and im the biggest idiot i know ..with the other nutes your paying for mostly water and some food coloring along with pretty labels and exotic names ..jacks is simple to mix , really...

Oh great cause i struggled here in the deep south with the humidity and heat ..i was shocked really i thought it liked heat and humidity with lots of sunshine ..but thanks to this forum i discovered that after about 85 degrees it just quits ..may june july august september is mostly upper 90's...
