If they didn’t have auto pots there wouldn’t be any air domes because I have been using a home version of this for years what we always did was put air stones on the bottom of the pots with clay pellets and then put a tray on them and just put water in them several times a day and it worked...

Why Why do you think they have air domes? When did they start coming out? They were designed for the auto pot system! That’s why they were made!

Just like a person you can give them oxygen but that doesn’t mean they are going to be able to take more and more but it will give them optimal amount to live when given what you need to make your body work as good as it possibly can!!!

You have no it’s supplying oxygen just like a hydro system keeping fresh oxygenated water to the root ball so it can take in more nutes and grow at a higher rate
