    Here I figured I'd once again rambled on too much... :lol: I've received so much help here at RIU, and just want to give back whenever possible. :D
    Twisty ties. :mrgreen: Tying down your plants is most often referred to as LST: Low Stress Training. It redistributes the auxins (growth hormones) from focusing on mostly the top of the plant to the lower dormant bud sites as well, allows for much more light penetration to these sites, and also provides major height control. (At 32 days of flowering, the tallest is still under 3 ft., and that's a sativa!) My grow journal discusses the hows and whys of LST, and there are threads dedicated to how to do it without breaking them. (Yes, that's very easy to do. LOL) Aside from SOG growing, I personally can't imagine anyone growing indoors without some LST. The difference in growth and yield are amazing, with just a few ties here and there! :clap:
