I haven't tried those UFO's and I've heard that the quality varies quite a lot depending on exactly which led chips they choose to use (it specifically doesn't say that they are CREE or Bridgelux chips, so chances are they are just using cheap chinese ones). It is unlikely that it won't work at all, but for the same money you could go HPS in a cool tube, which I'm using now and very happy with heat-wise.
If you were to buy a 250W HPS lamp and electronic ballast I could guarantee that you should get great results....with unknown LED chips you're kind of gambling though you are still pretty likely to be able to a least grow out a harvest.
