yes def need more light get 5000k, 2700k should be for flowering and to make the plant think its fall. 5000K are day light highest color spectrum. i would def have started lst already.

dude. if your just beginning 3 weeks veg is plenty. first time i grew i lst and topped once 5 weeks veg by the time they flowered they doubled in size and outgrew my box.
