its whatever works for you mate, have you tried the canna site to see what they say? one thing i will say is dont over complicate things, they are a weed, i have never found them hard to grow and most people fuck up through over fussing them...........

hello mate,i used to use enviros for both veg and flower and found it best with both for flower. have to keep them close as poss and lst helps. enviros are great for veg and ok for flowering but when you go hps you wont regret it. they arent as hot as people think and i now pull 10 - 15 oz off a plant instead of 4 oz a plant
