  • Ok, I checked um out. They look nice and healthy. One question though. Those pots, are they their home pots? There awfully small dude. If you were to pull an auto out of the soil at 15 days (which I have cause of males) it's root system is already vast. Auto's grow very fast. You figure in 2 months, your going from seed to harvest. That's quick and they need the room to grow. I don't use anything under a 10 inch pot. Plus, when ever you transplant, that sets them back a week or so. So if possible, always start your plants either in the pot their going to stay in or start them in a grow plug as I do. That way you never disturb the roots. If your going to transplant them, I'd do it now. One more suggestion. When you finish your harvest, take the plant outside and take it out of the pot. I'd like you to notice the root systems on the plants. Also knock all the dirt off the roots. Notice how long the roots are. This will help you understand your plants need for some room.
Sorry to leave ya hang-in. Yeah, if they get to stressed, even a feminized seed can turn male. Been think-in a bit more about your heat and really 86 to 88 is ok. Just try to keep it under 90.
Well, 86 to 88 is not to bad. But like you said, get it down as fast as possible. I forget, how old are your plants? If there showing sex, then their big enough to handle the heat for a few days. But if their seedlings, this may stress them and make um males. Can you lower the plants from the light to help cool them off? Now that I'm thinking about it, just try not to let them get any hotter. But 86/88 isn't that bad unless their seedlings.
Not for very long. Actually it's not a good temp. at all. You need to cool it down some how. What's the temps. at the top of the canopy? Not a general temp. but top of the top.
Sounds like it's gonna be one hell of a Christmas/New Years for ya. Keep me posted and w/pics.
What's up Whitey? 2 oz. a plant ain't bad at all. You say you've been waiting 2+ week on your auto seeds? Where did you order them from? I get mine from the Attitude and the most I've ever had to wait was 12 days. Can you track them? Hopefully customs don't have them. But if they did, you would get some kind of notice. Maybe there just late huh. Hang in there and see. Let me know what happens dude. Later
That's ok. I did to when I first started. You just hang in there and we'll (group) turn you into a pro. Any question you have you can ask. But I might suggest posting some questions for the group. Even though it seems that it will most likely be me answering the questions anyway. But still they have good answers to. And believe me, if somebody steers you in the wrong direction, I'll be right there to correct them.
    Later dude. Be careful.
What, you think I'm gonna bite your head off? I'm an easy going guy just don't piss me off  LOL Just kiddin. Tough question. Depends on how thick and big they are. But in general, I dry mine buy hanging them on a wire for 2/3 days with a gentle fan moving the air around. Then I cure in quart size mason jars. Right now is a good time to buy the mason jars. Everybody is canning or will be soon. Anyway, Put your bud in loosely, about 3/4 full. Cap it and keep it out of the light and in a cool place. Vent the jars daily for at least a week before you want to smoke them. When their all cured, you can store them in the jars for years if you wanted to. Hope this gives you an idea of how to do it. Any more questions, just ask.
Well dude, we live and learn. Just don't make the same mistake twice. Is she gonna survive or what? I'm sure she'll be fine. Later man.
Sorry I don't get back to ya yesterday. I've been sick. But to answer your ? Just stand it back up and tie it off to something or stake it up. Don't cut it off. as long as the top can still get water through the stalk, it should be fine. You must have a very heavy top cola. COOL.
The Onyx took right around 70 days. Normally, seed banks are pretty close to start and finish dates. But with an at least 30x scope, you'll know exactly when to harvest. Just wait till the tricromes are around 1/3 to 1/2 amber. But also remember, as the tricromes turn amber, they're starting to degenerate.
Here, I'm going to give you a site to check out. This site is very, very good for strain searching and tons of info. http://en.seedfinder.eu/search.html Only thing is it's a bit hard to navigate. But play around with it and you'll see how important this site really is.
    Later dude.
hey dude, glad your plants are doing well. don't got no current pics right now. most current ones was about 3 weeks ago. it's somewhere in my journal if you wanna check em' out. peace bro:cool:
Part 2 of 2) Ok on to feeding. Always, on your first feeding, use 1/4 strength solution. Then do 1/2 strength solution on the next feeding. If all is well and no burns go for full strength. I personally don't use the veggie nutes cause but the time you would think they need something, it's time for flowering nutes. I start the flowering nutes about a week after the pre-flower hairs show. If you wondering what nutes I use, well, I'll tell ya. I use Fox Farms Big Bloom (organic SOIL and plant food) and Fox Farms Tiger Bloom (blooming food). I don't recall the NPK values but you can look at the nutes I use on line and see where there at. I also, only give them nutes at every other watering.I hope I haven't confused you or anything. If you need anything at all, just hit me again and we'll see what we can do. Good luck and keep me posted.
