Spider Farmer led grow light--less watts, more light

So every other business needs to put their printed logo on their boxes now? I can't receive any postage through customs anymore you say? I somehow still receive boxes without Logotypes sent from abroad? You mean they all break the law and pay fines?

Your argument dies when you can put the same Company name on a regular tracking sticker like every other Company do who want to respect their customers needs and send discretely.

Admitting and accepting your own faults and malpractices is the fastest way to regain trust, achieve a better solutions while keeping your customer base.

Cheers!
There’s no need to pile on just to back him up—Absorber is perfectly capable of speaking for himself.

Also, what you’re saying doesn’t reflect what was actually said.

This is a social media rep you’re going after—there’s no reason to gang up on them. Let’s keep it reasonable. You are pushing it here. You are not being nice and not following the rules. You can privately message me if you have more questions

This came from local warehouse , its strange amazon can send boxes all around the world with no product information or pictures of the product they just have Amazon Prime on the box , so somethings not adding up with that excuse .
Nothing some brown paper to cover the box cant fix like i said it didnt have to pass customs .
I would have prefered to be contacted to cancel the order if my request was in the too hard basket .
I pretty pissed off to be honest!
I get youre pissed but be logical. Ive been an online seller for over 8+ years now, so I know the packaging etc well

The amazon packaging is different story said items are already in the country so they can be shipped in amazon boxes. They are not shipping all around the world, in the sense that it goes through customs in amazon boxes they ship to local warehouses therefore items already went through customs

Spiderfarmer is not incorrect in that they have to have their items shown so they cant be held in customs. the argument vs amazon doesnt apply here, it makes no sense. as written above

When it comes down to it all this is Someone made a mistake at the local warehouse or the information for the notes section was not passed on to said local warehouse when the labelled was printed for shipment so they didnt see to hide it

People make mistakes.

Where we are at here now in this conversation is you screaming at a social rep online with another user whos ganging up on them

what resolution do you want from them?

What exactly are you trying to get out of this what resolution aside from wanting to yell at someone

Imagin if a seed bank did this to its customer base . And no one was screaming

i know it came from a local warehouse.

why i said "When it comes down to it all this is Someone made a mistake at the local warehouse or the information for the notes section was not passed on to said local warehouse when the labelled was printed for shipment so they didnt see to hide it

all you have done is yell at a customer service/ social media rep, you are not doing anything productive this doesnt change a mistake was made, it cant turn back time.

youre not asking for a resolution youre just yelling at someone because youre mad, it doesnt matter what company it is. you dont get to just scream at people because youre angry

My post had nothing to do with the label that was printed it had to do with the advertising on the box hense my 2 photos of the box in my original post . I live in a small town in a country where its illegal and in this small town people know each other and the advertising all over the box "not the delivery note /con note " is the issue i have to pick these parcels up and walk back to vehilce with it . The resolution would be instead of outing their customer base just use plain boxes without a picture of an inline fan and "spiderfarmer your reliable indoor growing partner" plastered over the box . And no one is yelling i havent used caps once .
A couple of posts up spiderfarmer asked for feedback thats what this is ,i like their products but it doesnt mean i wont let them know if something is lacking especially when it concerns my safety .
So its not just about warehouse misslabelling thats the secondary issue first issue is the self promotion over their boxes at the cost of customer safety .
I dont think im out of line to bring this up for a second time 12months later which i tried to avoid with the note i left with order .

I'm going to run through this one more time, just in case I haven't been clear enough. Honestly, the only reason I'm really invested in this is because it feels like a bit of a pile-on—but I also genuinely want to help you get your stuff, ideally in a low-key way if possible. I think there's a way to do this respectfully.

So, here's the thing: SF is asking for feedback, and you've had two incidents where your note wasn't read.

Why does your company seek to redflag your customer base ?
First of all, coming off accusatory and confrontational toward a customer service rep isn’t helpful—especially considering that the person running social media for a huge company like SF isn’t the one who shipped your item in the first place. Like right out of the gate this is how you start a customer service interaction

Second, English isn’t their first language—we all know that.
This came from local warehouse , its strange amazon can send boxes all around the world with no product information or pictures of the product they just have Amazon Prime on the box , so somethings not adding up with that excuse .

We’re going over this incorrectly.

Yes, SF is required to show their labels on packaging for customs purposes ( their "excuse" does add up). Amazon doesn’t have that issue because their items are already within the country they use local warehouses, which allows them to repackage items once they’ve cleared customs. That’s a major difference.
Also, Amazon is not SF. SF is a significantly smaller company. Comparing the two is like comparing apples to oranges it’s not relevant.

On top of that, you’re clearly upset. It’s all written there, and yelling doesn’t make your point stronger it doesnt help anything

Now you’ve got a friend or another member jumping in, piling onto a random social media rep. You can see how that might make others feel uncomfortable.

If you want to give feedback and actually get a resolution, here’s how I’d suggest wording it in your own words but heres an example

Constructive Example:

“Hi SF, every time I’ve ordered, my notes section has been ignored. I’ve specifically requested stealth packaging from the local warehouse, but it hasn’t happened. Could you let me know if this is something you’re able to accommodate, or was this a mistake?

Unfortunately, I live in a state where discretion is important, so if this can’t be done, I may not be able to continue ordering. I’d really appreciate it if, once the items arrive at the local warehouse, they could be repackaged—even just placing the original box into a plain one would help a lot.”

You can obviously reword but it when i read your statement i didnt read feedback, i read im angry and accusatory messages.
I feel like you wanted to keep ordering and wanted a resolution to your orders right, so i felt like there was a way to re-word it all and possibly get what you needed

Hi Absorber, thanks for explaining so clearly. We understand your concern about privacy and safety. We’ll consider using plain boxes or better covering in the future. Your feedback is important and we’ll make sure the warehouse team gets it to explore feasible ways.

Hi Sunni, thanks for your guidance and insights. Regardless, this is the customer’s feedback, and I’ll pass it on to the responsible team. Appreciate your support.
