I have no absolute answer, but IMHO, pot has been so manipulated and inbred (often irresponsibly) that genetic issues, like hermies, are become more and more common.

Why do the seeds worry you? Another week won’t mean squat as far as the number of seeds. Plants often rodelize in late flower and produce a few nanners, which are hard to spot. The seeds should be feminized, so that’s a plus.

Was the fan blowing directly over/on the crispy leaves?

Have you fertilized for changed anything lately? Turned up the lights, added a fan?

I wouldn't sweat the three finger leaves, they look like very old fan leaves, fan leaves eventually "wear out"". The purple color is more than likely a phenotype. I do see a little clawing on the third pic, but nothing too bad.

Iron can be toxic to plants, but they need some, I doubt it will be a problem unless you already have a lot of iron in your water or soil.

Maybe check the ph on the second or third day and make sure it’s not drifting. Also, sometimes there can be some chemical reactions between the nutes which can tie up some nutrients. If you’re not seeing any issues, carry-on!

I only use a circulating fan if the rh is decent. Usually for me rh is a bit lower than I want it, so I don’t use intake/exhaust when drying.
