This is what I love to see. Your first grow in forever & you go "full send" 5x5, automation & big light. Sorry I can't answer your questions but I will say check the second-hand market for things like the seaflow 33, should find them cheap. Happy growing, can't wait to see this setup running!

Topped & cruising along. I bought some Agsil16 Silica for foliars. I guess Silica = good? Any idea how much to add to say 16oz of water? Or should I water it into soil. Oh & I got some "Lost Coast Plant Therapy" for IPM. $23 for 9oz :o Guess ill spray it once a week.

How do you fix it to the fan, duct tape? Also does that strain the box fan motor, I'm only ask because I wonder if that might be a fire hazard. Otherwise seems like a good idea. i don't think I've seen a photo of that setup before but I've seen abunch of people suggest it.

I'm loving the rice hulls as mulch too. When you top dress do you remove them, or just mix into the soil/dry ammendments & then add new rice hulls on top? Killin it as always over there!

I had the same problem. Even with Happy Frog with some seeds. My solution was to Use this cheap promix in solo cup with holes, its $12 @ Walmart. 5 Years worth of seed starting medium for 12 bucks. After its 2 weeks old, transplant to Ocean Forest... good to go! Oh & don't overwater. Barely...
