The best indicator for me has always been feeling the weight of the pot. Once you get an idea of what it feels like fully watered and almost bone dry, you can tell when it needs water by the lightness.

A PC fan wont pull air through a carbon filter nor will a duct booster. You need to get a high velocity inline centrifugal fan. You would only need one and it would be the right way to do it. A 4" fan and filter combo can be had for about $100.

Botrytis is a big problem is hot, humid weather. Not 100% sure that is what this is but it would be a good idea to spray a fungicide on the plants. There are organic products available.

How is there not enough time?

More time growing before flowering produces bigger yoelds per plant. Once they finish flowering, they die. They don't flower indefinitely. Unless it is an auto flower, it isn't budding yet.

yes you can. I wouldnt use it exclusively throughout the plants life cycle, youd have to use some other supplements/a complete nutrient mix in conjunction with the tiger bloom.
