It's designed for a 5x5. But being boards I'd stick to the recommended distance . And probably start at 25% in veg and crank it up slowly

Depends on the area you are lighting up. But generally minimum of 30w per square foot with white LEDs, or 50w per square foot with HPS. Also depends where in the world you are really as to what's available. Your current lighting explains the structure of your plant, been it's very elongated...

You need an extractor fan to exchange the air, remove the heat and humidity. Carbon Filter for smell if thats an issue

A bigger space will obviously out yield a smaller one. But you will need more lights, bigger extraction and filter. If you can only grow 7 plants then you want a lot bigger than 3gallon pots You will want to grow those plants big and train them to fill the space

Depending on which ppm scale you are using it tells us the EC , which is a universally understood reading

Just remember , air has to be able come in so air can be extracted. . I'd of just bought a tent and saved the fuckery. As for smell, don't mess about. Use good quality oversized filters and if you need to double up try adding an inline filter. Smell is in the air and the air is always going...
