I’m really only worried if it actually is a bad thing.. maybe I misinterpreted what I was reading a while back. How do you mean a “sterile res”? Like sealed minus the obvious of filling it and not creating a positive pressure of air?

From my understanding the chlorine will mostly evaporate off in 24 hours of sitting and the chlolamines will remain unless filtered out. To what you’re saying; I have read that the chloramines are more of a drawback than the chlorine but it was my understanding that both are bad?

So given the amount of time it takes to get 50 gallons out of my hydrologic I’m questioning multiple things… 1- At just over 100ppm for my tap water, will I have issues just using that assuming that I will let it sit for 24 hours to eliminate some of the chlorines? 2- if I decide to run the ro...

Finally starting off my first rdwc grow and considering going with the Floraflex dry nutes… my question is- which ones do I actually need? I’m planning on keeping it simple the first few go around… also I’m guessing I can just leave the foliar sprays out for the time being, correct?

I think the lst ship has sailed... I was planning on doing it but the branches became very rigid very quickly. To that point I’m leaning towards not applying fans to them so early on in the future ( at least until after I do some lst)

They were quite perky until a few days ago. Things started dropping off and then I decided to transplant (which was a solid idea since it looked pretty rootbound)... that picture was from two days prior to transplant

It’s just so dense compared to most pictures I see of other peoples plants... the lower leaves are more or less completely blocked off from direct light

this (hopefully) girl is super bushy and thick... thinking I sort of missed my chance at training her out due to the rigidity of the branches. Is it a bad thing to do some thinning out early on? Still on veg and maybe three weeks from seedling type stage

Little out of place here but you seem like you know what you’re talking about.... I read that every other watering you should use plain water... so my question is- when using RO water should I still add cal mag during these plain water times? Or just the RO?

They did not though I went to another site and it said something along the lines of pre-order for the US so maybe they haven’t really shipped any over here yet... must be a new product

I’ll be putting it across a 4’ long x 18” wide shelf... one of the main draws to me is that the sf600 is 4 foot long whereas the ts600 wouldn’t really cover the length I’m looking for

Considering getting one of these for seedling purposes... this will include veggies as well as other things... anyone have any thoughts about the sf 600?
