I used 86 mite and mold which both my hydro store and the product faq claim can be used up until harvest. I tried to only spray the leaves and avoid the bud as much as possible. I'd rather have some lemongrass and rosemary oil in my bud than bugs.

The shell was in the process of falling off, so I decided to pull it off with a pencil tip. The seed didn't seem ready to lose the shell, it was too early. I managed to get it off without breaking anything but the cotyledons don't appear to have formed yet. Will it survive? Ive never seen...

I would recommend against removing more leaves. If you are getting yellowing you don't want to remove healthy leaves with nutrients in them. The plant will use the nutrients from the leaves to survive flowering.

I'd err on the side of caution and remove any bugs you see. Not worth the risk.

Supercrop, lst or top them to control the height. Supercropping is pretty rad. Maybe try a different technique on each and see what the plant responds best to.
