Hello so I can’t find any composted Cow manure near me. And bus blend gonna cost too much to ship. Is horse manure viable? If so how many years should I be looking for it to be composted. Can I use vegetative matter based compost?

15 gallons And yes my pots take 1.75-2 gallons of water before they start to run from the bottom a little. Only when I’m in flowering, veg is a whole different story
