    NextLight?

I'm not really interested in debating the effectiveness of a product (bml1200) that is no longer sold. and I understand making a purchasing decision based on emotion, especially after getting burned, like you stated. When emotion and opinion is taken out of the equation, the stats on the...

    NextLight?

light weight is a nice feature for tents, but not at the cost of thermal management innaccurate. the Fluence is clearly larger and has a much much better and more even PAR map based on the resources published on their respective website. spydr1200 is the old model and this is obviously...

    NextLight?

In the interest of playing devil's advocate, I just had an amazing customer service experience. i contacted BML/Fluence and was 100% honest with them. I told them I took apart my BMl spydr 600 to clean it and modify it, and I may have caused one of the connections to come loose. They advised...

More info?? I don't know how to say it any differently than I already have in at least 4 of my videos. Step 1: let your flowering room go dark. At the end of your 12 hour flowering light period the lights turn off. You will know it's dark because you won't be able to see Step 2: turn on only...

    Mau5Capades: builds & grow journal

@cdgmoney250 @Airwalker16 so the RZ diffusers on just the 4 Cobs in the center of the panel worked like a charm. dropped the hot spot from 865 to 808 µmol/s but I dont know where those photons went, lolol. ill have to wait til I can pull the light down or pull the plants out for an accurate...

    Quantum Meter Suggestions

Apogee makes the sensor for a lot of the more affordable meters anyways so you might as well go for apogee in your budget range. The new gold sensor are the tits if you can afford it. I like that it is specifically designed to accurately report red & blue wavelengths from led sources.

Cutter Electronics: Complete DIY COB kits

Don't confuse the Emerson effect with switching Pr & Pfr states There is no evidence to suggest that running far red while the main lights are on does anything , nor does it really make sense or even matter that much. As long as you blast em with only far red for a few minutes once the room is...

Cutter Electronics: Complete DIY COB kits

hey bud, welcome. Six x (4) cob kits is going to be plenty of light. you will probably end up dimming a little. -the glass lenses and the ledil Angelina have very similar performance. there are advantages and disadvantages to both, but as far as the plants are concerned, they are comparable...

    cxb 3590 combi

I went with (40) x cxb3590 at 1050ma because it fits nicely with HLG320h-c1050b (x5). i have a 4ft x10ft space , so thats 2ft longer than yours and its plenty of light! if your budget can handle it, I think its a great way to go.

    Are cobs worth it?

I'd love to see those someday. I was a reef guy, until I made a business out of it and had to deal with clients & customer service. After a few years, the passion was gone and I didn't even like the hobby anymore. as far as coral frags=$$ , its just as trendy as the strain game. One month a...
