    Help diagnose spots on leaves

Plants are about 2.5 months old and ph is around 6. I bring it down to 5.8 then it goes back up to 6.3ish but also my top is plain water with ph of 7.5 so that could be why ph is going up?

    Help diagnose spots on leaves

@Beehive @Trickyticky I dont think its a pest issue, i looked at every single plant ( 32 of them ) and didnt see a single sign of a pest, however I am now thinking its nutrient overall deficiency. Reason im thinking this is the issue is because i vegged them from clone to about 2ft in rockwool...

    Help diagnose spots on leaves

This is my 2nd grow in RDWC and 1st one was amazing. I took clones for myself and just transferred them ( 8 days ago) into the grow room. Now i have these random gold bronze spots on my leaves and some are drying out and crumbling. I just checked today and most of them have roots out of the net...

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

just a friendly advice, if you ever get ( i hope u never do ) clear slime, which is cyanobacteria never use h2o2 as this actually for some odd reason boosts it and has very little effect on killing it, i had this crap 2 cycles ago and only way to get rid of it was running 1 gallon of bleach in a...

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

I agree with your statement. I just completed a full cycle with athena cleanse and zero issues. After the cycle, i cleaned both my systems with bleach and a lot of it too lol like 2 gallons for a 65 gallon system. all was well then I dont know why i decided to give h2o2 instead of continuing my...

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

THANK U SO SO MUCH! I love getting real equations and being able to double check my math with it. Also just purchased an ORP tester and cant wait till that gets here so i can start playing around with it. I guess to kill pythium one needs about 780mV on an ORP tester so it will be nice...

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

Someone please check my math , i just want to see if i understand this correctly lol, ya im kinda slow i guess hahaha. So if i want 3ppm then its 3mg/L aka 11.4mg/Gallon yes? Now if pool shock is say @50% strength then I need to double the 11.4 to 22.8mg per gallon? And if math is correct...

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

I did 2 days worth of research and as i type this im doing it again. As i mentioned i got plenty of xyz/mg per xyz/L - Gallons but I guess i am having a hard time understanding what this all means in a sense. Like for example, I read a bunch of times that to kill off bacteria and algae and so...

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

can u please elaborate little more? So i have read around that i should aim for 2 to 3ppm of chlorine level or something. so in that case, if i have pool shot that is 50% for example how many grams do i give per gallon to reach 2-3ppm? thnx

pool shock vs ozone in DWC to maintain 600mV ORP

Hi all, So I spent about 2 days now researching on how to keep a sterile system and came across many posts here how pool shock can be used instead of Athena cleanse or UC roots at a fraction of the cost(good start so far). My issue came from finding way to many posts on how to mix the pool shock...

    What is this? please help

Update** I added some h2o2 and it not only cleared up the entire thing but made the water little milky. So i figured it might of interacted badly with athena cleanse that i had in it or with the silica. I made new fresh water and only used the 3 part from GH and added h2o2 to see if it will...

    What is this? please help

I dont use armor SI , currently im using rhino skin silica which is ph balanced so no issues there and i dont have ph issues in the reservoir. Now regarding using h2o2, I used to use this religiously but stopped after talking to General Hydroponics and what they said makes sense. Their input...

    What is this? please help

I dont have anything metal in there that i can think of but the the uv light that i have inside was covered and the wave maker+the cord of the water maker( see photo ) was fully covered, im guessing those are hard plastic. I added some h2o2 yesterday (100ml to 8 gallons of solution) and it...
