Mhm, I can relate! My kid just showed me I can put my debit card on my phone and pay that way…I had no idea. Blew my mind lmao.

Thumper, contact one of the admins. After all, you created this thread and you should keep us updated on your grow. Here’s my update…ladies are doing well. I’ve never said this before but I hope they don’t get much bigger…my back is already sore thinking about the trim job. Ugh.

I won’t be popping any of MiRedBuds beans for awhile as I’m strictly an outdoor grower but it sure would be nice if some of you RIU members could post a few pics. Either here or in the Seed/Strain review section. Be a great tribute to Useful and everyone loves good bud porn! Also, MRB is a very...

What has been your experience with early versions?

I didn’t coin the term…just the messenger. And I don’t grow them. Not a fan of anything crossed with ruderalis.

What has been your experience with early versions?

How about at the end of that cycle you watched your plants melt from bud rot? For many northern outdoor growers, a week or two can make or break a successful harvest. We all love the process and it’s heartbreaking to watch 6 months of effort go completely sideways from botrytis. Sativa dominant...

What has been your experience with early versions?

EV seeds would be considered semi-auto. They are crossed with ruderalis to shorten the flowering time so they are a hybrid strain with a mix of auto/photo genetics. In most cases, you’ll cut 1-2 weeks off but the potency is typically lower as well. Good option for those who can’t make it into...

Northern Lights Photo - Finish In Time?

What part of Canada? You’ll be fine. Just bring them in or cover them if/when the weather gets nasty later in flower.

    How are things looking?

I’m in the far northeast (NB, Canada). Never heard of Zerotol….I’ll check it out. It sounds a lot like H202. I switch to Greencure (potassium bicarbonate) during flower. It manages PM but doesn’t eradicate it and requires regular applications. Seems like Zerotol might be the better mousetrap.

    How are things looking?

The last few years I have been doing a sulphur spray just before flowering in early August. I haven’t had any PM issues since I’ve started doing this. I would never use it during flower but it effectively gets rid of any potential PM issues that may be just starting. Trying to manage a PM...

Did you run multiple Cherry G’s and find a good pheno? I popped one again this year and it’s already putting off some nice Cherry terps…much more than the one I grew last summer.

    How are things looking?

There is no such thing as planting too late unless you are into July or later from seed. Most plants sexually mature around 6 weeks +/- and therefore can go into flower once the light schedule triggers it….doesn’t matter if you started them March 1st or June 1st. They will flower at the same...

Thanks for hooking me up, MIRedBuds! For anyone thinking about getting some of his seeds, MIRedBuds is a standup guy. Great buying experience. A+++

    Best strains for high humidity?

Same. I haven’t grown any of their gear but I’ve been eyeballing their strains for a few years. They’re on my short list for sure. I need all the help I can get living in the far northeast.

    Your latest seed purchase?

If plants that look like quads, smoke like mids, have germination issues, unstable, overpriced and zero customer support is your game, In House is your breeder. Sorry…lotta folks have a breeder they hate. Just happens to be In House for me. Hopefully you have better luck.

Oh man…if this wet weather doesn’t turn around by fall, things won’t go well. Here’s a pic from last week…couple of the ladies and my lady playing Where’s Waldo. Time for a trim and add some supports.

Same here. Ridiculous. Another 2” last night. Haven’t watered once since my plants went into the 30 gal pots a month ago. Hoping the weather breaks soon…

    Has my flowering started ?

Too early for bloom nutes and if you’re plants are flowering, something isn’t right. Faster flowering means it finishes earlier, not that it starts earlier. Most outdoor plants in the northern hemisphere will start flowering early-mid August.
