I would try aerating your well water in a 5 gallon bucket. Test it after 24 hours to see if the iron as oxidized. If it has.. It should remain at the bottom of the bucket for the most part. I sometimes see sediment at the bottom of my 30 gallon res. Im guessing these are just oxidized contaminants.

Very nice setup. I would invest in a wall mount oscillating fan if you haven't already. Im not sure if I saw one in the video. If the air around the plants is too stagnant it could encourage powdery mildew or other types of mold. In veg its not that crucial but in flower its mandatory in my opinion.
