Try to spend the extra money for 18mm glass on glass connects. I've ditched my old 14mm glass in favor of a MUCH easier pull. Ice catcher is really a nice plus as well, especially if you're planning on dabbing with it, makes the vapor very smooth.

Whats your opinion on the OG hoods DB? Tried out one of the luxxor and not really that into how big and heavy it is and was considering giving the OG's a go.

Leave the clone in the rockwool. I've put rapid rooters straight into soil and taken clones straight to the rapid rooter and soil combo and worked great. So I'd imagine if you're close to rooting you'd be fine, as long as you don't use something too hot, and it would probably be easier to keep...
