I saw a similar post like this somewhere earlier today with the exact same symptoms and point in flower. Most said the pot was likely too small:hump: Good luck mate
Very interesting. I totally agree about only using them in organic grows. Synthetics cause dysbiosis and damage in living organic and don't really benefit them from what i can tell
Either way, those are gorgeous buds! Frosty and lookin tasty. Considering how many rubbish autos ive seen, well done. I'm sure they could have filled out a little if you really wanted but who cares, that's how you like it. Is that indoor grow our outdoors and what did you do in terms of feeding?
Hey buddy, nice looking plant! Certain looks well balanced between indica/sativa. How does it smell? Would love to see some bud shots as they come on!!
Awesome discussion lads, heaps of good input.
Alright so in summary:
Keep the media density light, get that root network juicy nice n early. Perhaps Mycorrhiza could be beneficial?
Don't overfeed. Keep it simple with a soil that can carry it through or a basic equal part fert.
Don't learn...
This... No idea how plants function! I also totally agree with keeping it simple like a 4-4-4 or a soil that's already charged. I remember those weak crosses you're talking about. The autos even just a few years back could be trash, its only just now that they're starting to look decent...
Very interesting thanks I'll read that now! I have been reading of people using it in soil for issues there and also read about it functioning similar to a michorizal fungi? I didn't know about endophytes so I'm gonna look into them. Perhaps it could be useful until the end of veg then don't use...
It seems, not so much on here but on other forums particularly "grow diaries", that many struggles with them especially outdoors. So many instances and journals where people have put out autos and they're tiny and never get decent in size. They end up harvesting 7 grams or something. Why do you...
Thanks for the low down, so outdoors do you find the predatory mites tend to stick around? I've had praying mantis show up on my plants before and stumble around on sticky buds in what i assume is them stoned! We have bugs called passion vine hoppers that suck that sap out of the plants they're...
Hi lizard, looks like fun
Are these all blue dream and what seed company? I have a freebie blue dream fem seed from the garden of seeds, but I'm unsure if I want to run it due to my cooler climate
Does anyone top the tops? AKA, you top it and let the side branches catch up then top the tops you originally topped? If that makes sense ;) I have thought about it outdoors by never tried it nor thought about it. Thoughts?
Yes, my thoughts too. But then you also wouldn't want to smoke something with a pesticide on it. What's your go to for issues? This grow will be outdoors so possibly prone to more bugs.
