your plant doesn’t appear to like being so close to that light in the one pic. You could also stand to use some perlite in your mix. The new growth seems to be looking ok though. I’d just monitor it .

I would suggest not going crazy if you need to do it

It could be old mite dmg brought to light by over feeding. The damage won’t ever heal so if new growth is unaffected, I would just keep a close eye for any new signs.
