Possibly half my yield you say, okay sounds good so let me put this into perspective, if I'm currently getting two pounds per light using defoliation are you saying that I could possibly go up to four pounds per light just by not defoliating?

Who said I have groundbreaking results? All I said was that it works well for me..I've gotten far less larf about 50% less which is a win in my book...But to each his own happy growing!

Yea I don't rape my plants like the guys in that video that's just ludicrous to me...I guess what I do can be called selective defoliation, as you can see in that third picture the one to the left was defoliated the one to the right was waiting to be defoliated.

I defoliate with great results...1 week before flower and then another about 2 to 3 weeks into flower then one more time at about week 7 depending on the genetics.

Before you remove them try to tuck them, if that isn't possible removing a couple of fan leaves won't hurt the plant but go easy only remove what you feel is absolutely necessary.
