    Thanks, I use 50% ProMix and 50% perlite...I always leave the tent open as possible for better air circulation.

    I agree, I usually don't touch them after 3 weeks of flowering except for big fan leaves blocking bud sites...Here's a solo shot of the same plant two weeks later, most likely if I didn't say I defoliated people probably wouldn't even know.

    If done correctly it does increase harvest weight and you'll have far less loss to larf in my experience...I defoliated a week before flowering I do all my ladies like this And here they are today two weeks later and one week into floweringThen about 2.5 weeks into flowering I do a little bit...
