yup hps it is.... I agree with you its different for every application. I veg for about 3 to 4 weeks in 2 five site aero/dro tubs and top em and send them in with a 600w hps like I said works great for my big cab. Not to sure how a big room would go. Lots of light missed for the plants im guessing

the twisting/bending is just her response to constant wind. She will be fine with just rotating like your doing.. And the pulling horizontal to the ground is called LST low stress training. Do a search there are some really good people on here that really show step by step grows.

take the screws out of the ballast and look for a sticker on the inside of the cover. Maybe check to see if its on the bottom of the ballast before you take it apart. 8) as far as the light distance question...hps about 3 to 6 inchs depending on the ventilation.

its really hard trying to figure out what im looking at. I can't figure out what angle im viewing in the sketch.... IE laying on the tent floor looking upward.

if the flood table has a puddle in it why whould that be a problem? Its just going to flood again and again and again every few min. The roots absorb the o2 mixed water not dry out...i don't see a problem but then again im just a verbal grower. But If it was me I would take the time and sit back...
