try a little softer light too maybe. when they are that small you don't need much light at all. more light doesn't help them, till a bit later in veg.

The easy part is over, keeping them healthy free of pests and not Turing the soil/medium toxic is what's important. No matter how much you get it's worthless if it's full of rot, bugs, or toxic environment.
