I am very satisfied with the work my 600 watt MH has been doing in veg. If I had to choose one bulb for the entire grow though I would use an HPS conversion bulb.

Good choice with the 400 watt hps. I wouldnt go with an LED for anything other than veg myself. I used to have a Hydro-Hut grow pro 400 and it was decent for veg but, I dont know that it was really worth how much I had spent on it.

If HID wasnt an option due to heat, I would go T5 over CFL but thats just me.

@jzs147 lookin really nice man! What size tent are you rockin? Plants are looking really health what size containers did you use and how long did you veg for? Also would be interested in what type of medium and nutes you have been using if you woulnt mind sharing.

Is it plausible to top dress the soil with mycos every so often or only apply to the roots when transplanting?

Should the botanicare pure blend tea cover me through out the rest of veg? I have a buddy who also grows and he suggests I give them another application of mycos and start feeding them Cal Mag when they are ready to be flipped to 12/12.

They are under a 600w MH as of right now which will be switched to a HPS come bloom time. Temps have been consistent in the 78-82 range with lights on and RH is kept around 55% at the moment.
